I missed a text asking me to confirm my appointment so my appointment was canceled apparently even though I received multiple texts reminding me of my scheduled appointment, even one reminder 2 hours before the appointment that I apparently didn’t have anymore. No where was I informed that I needed to confirm my appointment or risk it being canceled. I filled out all paperwork in advance and responded to their courtesy call regarding the appointment. If an additional step was required that should have been communicated. Especially since I was continuously reminded about my appointment time.

Jacinta, Lily, and Dr. Jones were all so helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable about their field of work, informative, and transparent. This was my first time here and they made me feel so comfortable. Every person I encountered in the office seemed to be very client-focused. I can’t remember their names but the 2 girls at the front desk were just as kind. Speed of service, the thorough deep cleaning, a personalized treatment plan, and the level of care and attention I received exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be returning.

Im new to the area and I thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Jones and her staff. She provided great education and insight on my treatment plan. Chalsea at the front desk was very helpful with the parking situation and validating my ticket as well as scheduling my appointments. The building was nice and clean. I would recommend Dr. jones and her staff to anyone looking for a reliable dentist

I decided to try this practice because I recently moved and wanted something closer to home. The office itself is beautiful, and the staff were genuinely kind and welcoming - I felt very well treated during my visit. However, there were a couple of major red flags that I can’t ignore. During my exam and X-rays, they were very pushy about Invisalign, even after I clearly said that it’s not a priority for me right now. That already felt a bit off, but what really concerned me was when they told me I had four cavities. I have never had a cavity in my life, so this immediately raised questions for me. Instead of moving forward, I decided to get additional opinions. I ended up seeing two other dentists, and both confirmed that my teeth are completely fine - no cavities at all, just routine cleanings needed. Another thing worth noting: they offer a teeth whitening kit in exchange for leaving a good review at the front desk. That’s something to keep in mind when looking at their ratings. That experience was honestly alarming. It makes me question how many patients may be told they need treatments that aren’t actually necessary. I found this dentist after moving to Atlanta. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that, after I scheduled, they told me I would need a consultation appointment, and additionally, a follow up appointment to get my teeth cleaning done. The slot that I had booked (weeks ago) for a teeth cleaning - the dentist only had time for the consultation. I already had asked off work. After some pushback, they did offer me a future appointment where they could do the consultation and the cleaning back to back. Once I arrived, I got a very "salesly" vibe from this office. They tried to sell me an electric toothbrush (I already had an electric toothbrush, but the dentist had never heard of the brand and said it probably wasn't sufficient), $50 mouthwash. There are adds for botox and procedures everywhere (perhaps this is to be expected being called art of "costmetic" dentistry). I have had braces, and although there have been small shifts, I have objectively very straight teeth (see picture). The dentist still recommended Invisalign, because supposedly the small misalignments are causing too much buildup to get stuck between my teeth. They did x-rays without checking my insurance.
